I spent over two decades as a special education teacher, building individualized plans for students whose needs did not fit a standard curriculum. That work required a specific skill: taking something overwhelming and turning it into a small number of measurable, trackable goals, then monitoring progress honestly enough to change course when something was not working.
Measured Up takes that exact methodology and applies it to adults who want the same thing my students needed: a plan built around who they actually are, not a generic template, and a structure that holds them accountable to it.
I am not a certified life coach. I am a systems person with a long track record of making individualized plans work in the highest stakes version of that problem there is. If you want a warm pep talk, this is not that. If you want a plan that gets checked on and adjusted until it actually works, that is what I build.
